1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CrewOS ("we", "our", or "us"), operated at https://crewos.us, including our AI receptionist and sales assistant services for automotive dealerships. By accessing or using CrewOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
CrewOS provides an AI-powered receptionist ("Eva") that handles inbound customer calls and chats for automotive dealerships, including answering inventory and service questions and booking appointments — such as test drives and service/MOT bookings — into a dealership's connected calendar.
3. Google Calendar Integration
When a dealership connects its Google Calendar, CrewOS uses that connection solely to check staff availability and create, update, or cancel appointment events booked by customers through Eva. Use of Google user data is further described in our Privacy Policy, and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Dealerships may disconnect the Google Calendar integration at any time.
4. Dealership Accounts & Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate business information when registering a dealership account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of inventory, pricing, and service information you provide to CrewOS for Eva to relay to customers.
- You must have authorization to connect any third-party account (such as Google Calendar) that you link to CrewOS.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CrewOS to transmit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to interfere with the service's operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep CrewOS available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Limitation of Liability
CrewOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CrewOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
