- Interaction Logs: Transcripts of voice calls and chat interactions handled by our AI receptionist on behalf of your dealership.
3. Use of Google API Data (Google Calendar Integration)
Google User Data Compliance Statement:
CrewOS connects with your Google Calendar API (specifically calendar.events and calendar.freebusy scopes) strictly to provide automated appointment scheduling for test drives and service MOT bookings.
- Purpose: We access your calendar to check available booking slots and create calendar events for customer appointments booked through your AI receptionist.
- No Advertising or Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, license, or share your Google user data with any third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.
- No AI Model Training: Google user data obtained via Google Calendar APIs is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
CrewOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data Storage & Security
We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal and business data:
- All data transmission is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption.
- OAuth tokens and credentials are securely stored using encrypted database storage with strict access controls.
- Users can disconnect their Google Calendar integration at any time directly through their account settings or Google Account security controls.
